THE HEATHER
The heather keeps growing like mad,
and Nature, that multiple fad,
projects toward our beings
enough jolly freeings
to speak of no concept quite sad.

The points we may make must be good,
since things tend to shine as they should
and winter bodes summer
without being glummer
or ever quite needing a hood.

BELATEDLY
Belatedly this holds huge wishes
that each of your moments quite fishes
for motherhood strong
at singing a song
in favor of clean shiny dishes.

THE GUIDANCE
The guidance I often recrave
might soften how much I deprave
great concepts of beauty,
a quality snooty
and certainly overly brave.

DECISIONS
Decisions we never might make,
as life is a very fine steak
whose meatiness matters
by heaping some platters
till every last splendor must quake.

The deal sounds raw. -- bh

CONTAGION
Contagion: affect me far less,
though I'm a quite absolute mess
who finds rather thrilling
each ultimate spilling
that signals much monstrous distress.

You needn't have confessed. -- bh

I'M FOUND
I'm found in these lost little dithers
and often am someone who withers
each essence of hope
till Nature must mope
at how every motion reslithers.

I'M FOUND
I'm found in my struggle to sound
the depths of how coffee seems ground
for no other reason
than breeding fresh treason
that won't let a clock appear wound.

YOUR WISDOM
Your wisdom eclipses my own,
and, once you are off any phone,
your style has a clearness
resembling the queerness
of meat freshly hewn from the bone.

My dieting stays rather shoddy,
in that I keep owning a body
both pudgy and fat
and never quite flat
except in terms horribly proddy.

oh here I am trying to diet
yet again and it's really no riot
now no more cake
on my very empty plate
and lettuce leaves -fed up - must keep quiet

I'M FOUND
I'm found in your longing to stay
as hip as each and bright day
that centrally fashion
the purplest pink passion
that might urge all dogdom to stray.

Ensconced in my worlds far from shrill,
I'm glad to relive the strong thrill
of dwelling in quiet
than seems like no riot
about to become vastly ill.

A party i had last week
perhaps needed many a tweak
though I still enjoyed it
some people annoyed it
and drove some of the guests up the creek

MY BANK
My bank is depending on me
to open accounts happily
and thus to breed money
that might seem unfunny
while taking deep dives in the sea.

OUR MARRIAGE
Our marriage allows us to be
in touch with those aspects of glee
that thrive when two people
keep climbing a steeple
inviting a knee to knock knee.

Thus, coffee subsumes tea. -- bh

A LIGHTBULB
A lightbulb I'm striving to change
is acting both helpful and strange,
in that all the flashing
of Nature keeps dashing
my hopes of detecting the mange.

The elements Earth, Air, and Fire
(plus Water, which slaked much desire)
were marvelous creatures
whose multiple features
we still might desire to admire.

A HARE
A hare and fine tortoise ran races
in honor of infinite spaces
where animal pleasure
might ceaselessly measure
the meanings of utter disgraces.

MY DENTIST
My dentist seems utterly chipper
whenever he tugs at a zipper,
and handling a drill
allows him to kill
all concepts of life as "no ripper."

Is he a toper? -- bh

THE BUNNY
The bunny showed up somewhat late,
and I was unfond of the fate
of seeing a hopper
appear like some flopper
enthused by cooked eggs out of date.

Martyrs thus debate? -- bh

When hares do their leaping and fighting,
their glory seems rather inviting.
Such absolute beasts
partake of no feasts
that ever should merit large slighting.

Ah hares just like boxing in Spring
They have a real fight ding a ding
Their front paws just spar
You can see from afar
And to see them just makes my heart sing.

above us when much of us kept
inquiring why beauty
remained very snooty
though world after world was inept.

as motion remained rich and rare
amidst all the sorrow
that asked breaths to borrow
the devil's main sums of deep care.
