A porpoise I'd met in the ocean
had motions as rich as some potion
quite likely to be
less high than a sea
that can't outextend all devotion.

My navel has gone through upheavals
akin to the visits of weevils
whose breaths seem enabled
to be twice as fabled
as are the most wondrous retrievals.

Considering just who you are,
I'll light up another cigar
to recognize greatness
and wondrous sedateness
as points on a very bright star.

Awakened by natural causes,
I'm taking some natural pauses,
and, though in an hour
much hope may go sour,
I'm carelessly spouting these clauses.

I've often been harshly rewarned
that all of my musing is scorned,
and, yet, I continue
to guess I might win you
toward liking some guff I adorned.

The tabloids insist that some lives
contain all the graces of knives
in touch with much motion
as smooth as some lotion
reducing the sorrows in drives.

Effusive must I often be,
since in me abides much strange glee
eternally happy
to build phrases sappy
that maybe could outstorm a sea.

That moment evinces quite warm
resemblances to every dorm
jam-packed with much pleasure
some future might treasure
for how life once fashioned its storm.

As Halloween came and then went
your heart and my own built a tent
in which every lion
performed like a scion
of absolute money well spent.

Diversions may let the whole world
experience life as impearled
and likely to fashion
a sense that all passion
has long been a fact sweetly swirled.

The playing we do yields rich work
as able as natural quirk
as tensions of doilies
beget ersatz foilies
in love with a herk and a jerk.

There thrice was a need for confetti
that wouldn't look just like spaghetti,
and, so, brains were hatched
in noggins quite thatched,
and factors slew races too betty.

A chuckle that grew twice as big
as natural lines of a pig
is giving an able
new form to the table
beside which I'll dance my next jig.

A bottle addressed some bright jar
about the great need for a bar
on which every glimmer
might point toward a shimmer
suggestive of worlds that go far.

Here's hoping, and furthermore hoping,
that all of your moments are sloping
toward building huge bliss
that can't go amiss,
despite countless worlds and their moping.

Good food helps mere earthly persistence
resemble the kind of existence
that somehow might lend
all futures a trend
implying rich dreams sans resistance.

Some onions are causing a weeping
as rich as those counts in our sleeping
of lambs that form sleep
whose moments stay deep
at causing inconsonant leaping.

An elephant said to a mule
some words in regard to a fool
whose absolute necking
appeared to keep wrecking
all chances of seeming uncool.

Continuing on with our tapping,
we soon may appear to be trapping
the right sorts of beasts
to fabricate feasts
where no-one is, ever, caught napping.

And then you proceeded to say
that Nature is far from O.K.
until the next doily
has gotten as oily
as is someone's brilliant sashay.

Our diets forever may tend
to set a most marvelous trend
implying that creatures
with corpulent features
can seem to have rounded a bend.

Awareness may never be mine,
but, always, I'll strive to refine
my methods of seeing
the world as "a being
containing some justice condign."

Denied many rich kinds of pleasure,
my world is some national treasure
whose ways will subside
toward something as snide
as measuring out each new measure.

Hallucinate over and over,
and soon you'll be wading in clover
that hints that your life
is bound to be strife
in which every dog is a rover.

My voice is returning again,
and, now, I'm a man among men
who sits in his corner
and looks far forlorner
while sounding as pert as a hen.
