Winter weather

Christmas is over
Winter is here
So sit by the fire
It will bring you cheer

Wrap up warm
If you go out.
With gloves and scarf
Jack Frost is about.

He bites your fingers
Also your toes
So if you go out
You’ll get a red nose

Finley Carmichael

Finley,
I will take your advice and bundle up the next time I go out for winter, as it is cold here in New York (U.S.) also
Your friend,

Finley, that is a very good poem. You can be proud of yourself for writing so well. I am glad that I live on the other side of the world as it is our summer now and I don't like cold weather.

A very funny poem that brought a smile to my face. I always wrap up warm when I go out in the wintertime for if there is anything I truly hate then it is to feel cold and shivery. I got a real comfortable leather jacket that doesn't let any cold in. I'm sure you got nice warm clothes as well. Fur shoes and gloves will make sure that nobody is going to bite your toes and fingers. I got big boots that keep my feet nice and warm. The only thing that I regret is that we hardly had any snow at all. That is especially what makes the winter such a nice season: snow. I hope you've had some snow over where you live.

Finley you described the winter I had since November last year and it's still winter yet. Brrrrr is right !!! I am waiting for the spring and summer to arrive. It is slow coming but I'll welcome it so much. Good poem finley.

This is a good cheerful poem for a cold season.
Keep writing Fin Fin. What about one for the summer?
