WANDERING
We wandered. We wondered
why we were wandering.
We sensed the truth.
We clearly had lost ourselves,
and we apparently were
decidedly unangelic. A solution
was in the works, but which works
would work? We remained
warty wanderers in search of
some blessèd warthog that might save us.
We eventually found sure paths
toward an appropriate frogpond.
We signed our names and sipped.
