| My valentine is for only one day
I wouldn’t want it any other way
Once a year is really too much
Though I wouldn’t dare tell her such
Why does it have to be February 14
I hope I am not sounding too mean
But I really think it would be fine
To change it to February 29
Every four years I could take the chance
Without overdoing it on romance
Oh dear, I didn't think this through
Now it's a change I'll always rue
Leap year .. I should have planned ahead
She popped the question ... and now we're wed
