Karen, I am so sorry times have been difficult for you with your Mum and also your own illness. It must all be so worrying for you. She is lucky to have your care and attention - but very draining for you I should think. How is your Dad coping?

Sorry I haven't been around as much as usual. I am still trying to write this study up and get it in some kind of shape. I am also involved in a project which is taking me into Europe, so I am afraid I am a bit spasmodic on the site at the moment. I promise to try hard to get around the site when I come on.

Note to self.. must try harder.

Sorry i haven't been around - just writing my study up and it's long and complicated, so have been tying myself in knots a bit. Will try to respond and write challenge too. Really sorry.

I think maybe it's just the dreaded winter blahs affecting most of us? And at least in America we have this WEIRD tradition of considering the time between Thanksgiving and the Super Bowl as one long holiday.....But I do hope things pick up and I'm sorry I haven't really been commenting very often recently. (The dreaded winter blahs and a few OTHER things piled on top.....) I really do care about Poetic very much and I was very happy that Steve was the white knight that literally saved it from the fate worse than death (or the dear departed Lavendar Mist), so my New Year's resolution is to STOP the "me" in me from rising to the surface, and try to comment more often (and make more sense when I do comment.......)

No one has looked at the monthly challenge either & I actually posted a poem there. Not a very good one, but I tried. Got the inspiration from watching a film.

Sorry that I am not around much. I have been away and also very busy. Sometimes it is hard to fit everything into the day, especially with such low energy.

Hello everyone I
have return ed from holiday and very suprised that not many menbers are asround. Where is Bruce and his limericks My computer is down and I am having to borrow Brians. Hence my reason for not being on much. I was also sad to see no one has done the January challenge . Has everyone emigrated. LOL
